I'm finishing up my freshman year at college.
I weigh 130-140 lbs (I fluctuate constantly).
What do you think my goal weight should be?
I think 125 sounds good, but I fasted for 5 days once and was only at 127, so 125 seems so unrealistic.
What do you think I should do?
Ps. I stopped working out, simply because I don't lose weight, I gain weight from the muscle a lot easier. It's basically a food thing.
